drive shaft question:

I broke my u-joint the other day, i deinstalled the last part of the driveshaft (it has two parts and i can see 2 u-joints, I removed both U joint but have trouble finding the correct u bolts.

its a 1988 F150 extended cab longbed truck with a 4.9 engine , c6 transmission, 2wd (don't know what rear axle i have either). I though it have a longbed truck with a 5speed (4+OD) i take that driveshaft and use it.... Its not the same ,so i have to look for new ujoint urgently... any help is welcome

U-joints do not come with new u-bolts. Rockauto.com lists both u-joints and u-bolt kits for your truck, and they do ship to Belgium.

Do you have a 2 joint or a 3 joint driveshaft? Are the bearings 1 1/16" or 1 1/8" outside diameter?

its a 2joint shaft with the center support.
bearings are 1 1/16 for all of the first joint
but the second joint (at differential) has 1 1/16 and 1 1/8 bearings.
