Hello i bought an old 1994 ford f150 i have been trying to fix it up, I cannot tell if it is going into 4 low i do not think it is, 4 high clicks and engages, but no lights are working.. when i turn key on there is no 4x4 light that is supposed to flash, I have changed the bulbs and checked the 4x4 control module it says it is fine, i tried changing it as well.. any advice what to check next?

Foot on brake with good brake lights and in neutral?

Unbolt the shift motor from the back of the transfer case and watch if it turns when the shift is commanded.
