I just took possession of a 1995 150. 5.0 5 SPF. Occasionally when I start it the airbag light will flash 3 times, pause, then do it again. Also, horn does not work. I can hear the relay click when I press the button, and the fuse is fine, but no sound. Any ideas? I even tried a different horn

Howdy and welcome. Code 33 is "Passenger Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance or Open."

If the relay clicks, either swap or check for power coming out of the relay. If you have good power to the horn, you have a bad horn ground.
