Talking 95 F250 Dimebag Ramesy REP8000 winch bumper installed

http://youtu.be/OjbZnv9-YBE

This is my toy. I have now invested 4+ years into the building of this custom truck. It has many years from the early 70's to the late 90's in parts. I have much most still to do, but here is my winch bumper. Enjoy!
I will answer Q:'s if you are working on something alike. This is one of my many hobbies, its all for fun!

LOL looks good man, it is a sexy bumper. For those crumple zones at the front of the frame a lot of people box them in, basically weld flat steel all around the crumple zone to reinforce it. I don't know if your setup will need that or not, just throwing that out there for your own knowledge. What else you got done to that beast lately? Last i heard you had the power steering pump but hadn't got it on yet.

It is kinda strange that I did not box that part of the frame before bed-coating it. I did however run 3/8's plate down the sides for the frame from behind the cab to the rear bumper. I also added more steal here and there near mounts and such, along with welding the **** out of every joint.
I still have not found the horse shoe looking mount for my power steering pump, but a friend said he might have one, he just has not looked for it yet. I have not had the time to do much work to the truck lately, but I will be staining and sealing the flat bed soon. I will keep posting as I get more done time to time.

You don't need the horseshoe - just get the bracket/pump/hoses off an Econoline, and bolt it on.
