The residue on the ground looks like unburned gas mixing with carbon and moisture from the inside of your exhaust pipe.

The black smoke is too much fuel.

IMO, you are running way way WAY too rich (too much fuel for the amount of air).

Probably related to removing the propane system. You must have missed something when you tried to return it to gasoline only.

Do you think they may have changed the comp out on the passanger side?

It has a dura spark alternate fuel (PCM) I belive, it has 3 bundles of wire connected, around the main wiring harnes next to the EEC TEST plug

Im not sure how everything was orginaly, I cant take a pic cause it raining

You might try google for a propane conversion for your truck and work backwards, I think the fuel trims for propane vs. gasoline are very different.
