Smile Clutch on a 1995 f150

My Clutch on my truck when i push it down get stuck coming back up I'm having a hard time getting in to gear but when i pump the clutch i can get it in to gear what can be the problem and where can i find a diagram of the clutch system for that truck

You probably need a new slave cylinder. Have you checked the fluid? If it's low, fill it up and bleed the system - and check for leaks.

I agree on the slave cylinder. I also agree on checking the fluid first.
If the clutch works better with the master cylinder completely full then your clutch is probably shot.
If just the slave cylinder is shot you might as well do the whole clutch system at once.
Just my 2 cents.

Click the black Bronco in my signature & read the captions in the Hydraulic Clutch album. Note the ones that apply to your year, but all hydraulic clutch systems are similar. Yours uses the concentric slave.
