Reverse bleed it. Fill a pump style oil can with brake fluid, stick a hose on it, and connect it to the bleeder. Open the bleeder and pump fluid through till air stops bubbling out of the reservoir.

Did you remove that rubber cup from under the master cylinder lid before adding brake fluid?

You need to collapse the rubber and put it back in, otherwise you will suck dirt and moisture into the system.

I changed the trans on my 93 from a M5OD to the ZF 5 speed it has the internal slave and the bleed nipple is just below where the hyd fluid line goes in threw the bell housing, very easy to bleed, have someone to pump up the clutch petal 10 times "if it stays on the floor just pull back up with your
hand then crack the bleeder valve it should spit air out, and addd fluid as needed, do this pump up and bleed untill it has fluid coming out with no air, this should fix it, if air in your system is the problem

You cannot shift gears because the clutch is not disengaging. You've probably lost the fluid from your clutch system. Could be from a leaking slave cylinder (most likely), a leaking master cylinder or a blown line. It could also be an internal failure of either the master or the slave but that is unlikely

So start with the basics:
Does the clutch master cylinder reservoir have fluid in it?
I have the same problem. I added fluid to the mc reservoir and pumped the clutch pedal. The fluid would go down. I discovered that the fluid was leaking out around the bell housing. My manual says that I have either an external slave cylinder or a concentric slave cylinder. How do I tell the difference. I have a 4.9 5 speed 1995 f150.
