93 f150, fuel injectors?

i have a 93 f150 i6. it runs pretty good, no idling problems, power is there but usually around half throttle lately it bogs and hesitates. it never really did this before, but i ran the tank to E a few times (actually pretty much ran it dry rolling into the gas station.. big mistake) and im thinking that i sucked up some crap off the bottom of the tank, clogging the injectors. so, removing the injectors is it possible to remove a single one, by the looks of it, i dont think i can do a single one, but i want to see if anyone had any tips.

You did not get crap in the injectors. There is a sock on the fuel pump suction to keep the big pieces of crud out and an inline fuel filter to take care of the small stuff. Change the inline filter and run a can of injector cleaner through it you'll be fine.

Inside the frame rail directly beneath the driver's seat.

Study this diagram & its caption because it's REALLY easy to bend the clips, making it VERY difficult to remove the filter. And use the right filter because there's a wrong one that can be installed, but NOT removed.
