Talking What size is your gap?

My 96 with the 302, according to the label under the hood, says to gap my plugs from .052-.056. In the Haynes(most worthless POS)book, it says to gap them at .044. What is everyone gapping them at for the 302?

Rich, go by the BOOK and by that I mean the label under the hood. If you had a Ford mechanic do the same job, I am sure that he would alos go by that label. If you want to double check, call a dealership and ask them what the correct gap is.

For myself, I am running Bosch Platinum +4's, and they are factory seat and say on the package that the gap is not to be changed.
