Can anyone post the decoding key of the 1986 VIN???

All I have been able to get is "the nth number is the engine code." I want to know how to decipher the whole code before I get my "86 project truck.
(eg. 9th digit is engine code. "A"= six cyl: "B"= 5.0L carb, "C"= 5.0L FI, "D"= 351. ect, ect, ect.

There is a VIN decoder on www.ford-trucks.com. Or you could email deleontow@aol.com. He has a vin decoder. It will tell you the engine, where it was built, and sequental numbers and a few other things. Good luck to you.
