Post off road and towing packages

does anyone know what the off-road package included for the 96 and earlier f-150s came with? i believe that there was a skidplate under the transfer case, but was there are others?

also, what was included in the tralier towing package? a heavy duty battery, alternator, oil cooler, transmission cooler?

any information is appreciated.

Off-Road package was an option for 1994? and later F-150s. It came with the off-road sticker, and skid plates. I think that you had to order some options with it, such as Aluminum wheels and automatic and a v-8, etc.

as for trailer package: It consisted of A wiring harness/plug-adapter,heavy turn flasher, heavier alternator, bigger battery, heavy cooling,

i have a 95 f-150 4x4 with 235/75R15 tires so it doesn't really sit all that high compared to the new 99's with the 17" rims and basically 31" tall tires. however after i upgrade to 31/10.5 tires i should sit about equal in height.
