Well, I had a big confusion with my battery draining/dying and it turned out to be that my truck was in park but it needed to be shifted around or up more to turn on. While doing this not sure exactly what happened or how it happened or what, but I went to slam shut my hood and it bounced back up and i cant figure out how to fix it... Any ideas before I have to go buy a new 60$ latch. Thanks in advance. The latch is like in the down position stuck and i wd-40'd and tried hammering it.. lol but I cant fix this anyone had same problem?

 

eh... nevermind.. a light bulb went off in my head... i had to unlock it from inside the cab. srry.
