I have an '81 F250 and I need to know what it would be able to pull.

Need to know a few things first:
Engine
Trans
Rear Gears
Type of Cab & Bed

Are you talking trailer weight or payload?

You could tow a tractor trailer, so your question would be better phased what you could tow and stop safely.

Get us all the info on yer truck and we'll get ya a number.

Is this from a frame hitch, gooseneck, or fifth wheel?
