Place to get owner's manual?
 

When I bought my truck used it didn't come with an owner's manual, the previous owner said it had gotten lost years ago. I'm trying to locate another one for a '93 f150 XL with the I6 and manual trans. I heard about the myFord website, but after upgrading to the "premium" membership by entering the VIN, it just says "no information is available".

Anyplace that stocks these manuals? Is it worth even trying to contact Ford and getting one? These forums are about as good(hell, better) than a manual but I don't want to get on and make a post for every little question I might have that I know a manual would explain.
