here's one for the experts

94 f150 5.8, 351. 4X4. 30k on motor, 15k on tranny. new egr valve and stem, new iac valve, new o2 sensor in pipes, new plugs, wires, rotor cap. Pulled the code, there was only 1, code: 311 thermactor air system not working (bank 1). any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check for a vacuum leak in all vacuum lines.
Check all of your vacuum lines around and from both the AIRB and AIRD solenoids to their valves.
Make sure both AIRB and AIRD solenoids are working without leaks.
Make sure your air pump is working.

You may have to buy or rent a hand vacuum pump for the tests.
