marker and surround removal

i want to paint the plastic surrounding my headlights and markers but cannot remove it. does anyone know how to remove this surround on a 95 f150,

There's 2 screws in the top of each headlamp bucket which pass thru the radiator panel reinforcement. Remove them and it should pull right out
