aftermarket tach install on 89 F150 302

I have an aftermarket tach I would like to install in my 89 F150/4X4/302. Can anyone tell which wire will give me a tach signal? The Chilton books doesn't show a tach wire in any diagrams.

Tach signal comes off the right hand wire (gray I think) on the coil

hey do any of you guys know how to install a autogae 2305 tach onto my 1990 f-150? i know how to do the ground, and power, but not the needle and lighting. please help
