I remember the speech. "We are our brothers, mothers sisters, fathers, keeper". Hollow!

I guess about half of our population likes the smoke screen. The about half of the others are labeled racist for calling out what can clearly be seen on the other side of the smoke screen.

I've tried to remain positive. It can be tough though.:scared:

Much as I can't stand Obama, I think that article needs some serious fact-checking.

From what I read it was a personal story of an interaction between two people. There is very little to fact check. I guess he could have checked George's political views in relation to what George has done in the past, but those might have come from his conversations with George. He could have checked George's assertion that he applied for a Visa, but those pesky feds are notoriously tight lipped. What do you see that could have been fact checked?

Note that this is an OPINION article, not hard news. Much as I like Fox, we all know that some of their opinions are way skewed. You might be interested to read some things about the author of that article:

I understand it is an opinion piece. That was made very clear since the link says "opinion". I'm still trying to figure out what you think needs more fact checking, since it is an opinion piece (which many news outlets now use as "real news"). WIKI is far from a reliable source.
