This was in my girlfriend's car for a couple years and always worked great, but she got a new car and we have no use for it now. I have the same model in my 2004 F150 as well and with the adapter harness and dash adapter it bolts right in and works great. You will need to locate the GPS and XM radio antennas (I have mine on the roof).

This includes the original box, manuals, 30 pin iPod cable, GPS antenna, and XM radio receiver with antenna. No GPS map discs but you can buy them online or download from various places.

I would advise ordering a new harness for this, as the original is getting to be in rough shape (about $20 on eBay for a brand new one).
