WTB: Factory 4x4 lift blocks (1 5/8" or 2")

Wanted to Buy: Factory lift blocks used on 4x4 trucks from 2004-2008. (Other models may work, but I'm unsure) If you have the shackles as well that would be nice.

I have them too I just took them off to level the truck. No Shackles.

Thanks guys, sorry about the delay in getting back to ya'll. But, i actually ordered a set when i ordered my shocks. 50 bucks and it they came with shackles.
