iSImple set up.
I had this set up in my 2006 F150 Lariat for about 3 months.
VERY easy to install and makes so simple to add a MP3 device to your stock radio that doesn't have an AUX input.
Have about a $100 in this. Send me an offer.
Everything is here that's needed.
Here is the description from the manufacturer.
Integrates two auxiliary audio sources directly to the factory radio for the highest possible sound quality. Ideal for mp3 players, portable DVD players, handheld GPS, laptops and gaming systems.
General Features
•Plug-and-play installation maintains factory wiring integrity
•Direct audio input to factory radio for maximum sound quality
•Two separate inputs - RCA and 3.5mm minijack - for use a multitude of auxiliary audio sources
•Retains factory-installed satellite radio
Compatibility Notes
•Vehicle MUST be either equipped with, or have the ability to support Satellite Radio
•Non-navigation radios must have an "AUX, "Sirius" or "SAT" button to be compatible
•2009 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles equipped with navigation are not compatible
•In 2009 Ford changed the radios in the following vehicles halfway through the year from having an external satellite radio tuner to having an internal satellite radio tuner. These vehicles will not be able to support the ISFD531 if they have an internal satellite tuner:
◦Ford Focus
◦Ford Escape
◦Mercury Mariner

I do not know if it works with NAV. I had the factory 6 disc MP3 player with SAT radio. The model number on the box ix PXAUX. The pic you see with PGHFD1, the part number for the harness.

Absolutely worked and was very easy to install.
I used it witha ZUNE player, instead of the more popular iPOD.
But, it work with any player that has a left/right RCA stereo connector.
You can purchase iPOD cable to use with this box from the manufacturer.

Compatabilty
2005-2008 - All radios navigation or non-navigation, that feature an AUX or SIRIUS button are compatible. In these vehicles the Media Gateway (the isimple box) emulates a satellite tuner, therfore it is required that the vehicle be either equipped with an external satellite tuner OR be satellite radio ready.
If you have any further questions let me know. Thanks!!!
