I've got a JL 500/1v2 that I need to get rid of. It looks and works perfectly. I bought the amp in December of '08 so it still has warranty through December of '09. I will include a copy of the original sales receipt so that warranty will remain intact. I did buy the amp from an authorized dealer so the warranty is good with JL. $315 shipped.
