will you sell just the black surround? and is it painted black or is it just black plastic?

I will sell the black surround, I pm you if you buy without the grille it is 45 not including shipping, it is painted black from the factory never seen outside.

As far as the steps go they are in great condition there are little if any scratches on the bars, but the plastic part has some, but theres no getting around this, alos a shot of 303 or plastic care takes care of them
