How hard are these to install?

You pull out the stockers, and replace with these...

is the carbon fiber portion reflective?

Yes the install is very easy, If I'm right you its only 2/3 bolts to remove on each side. The carbon fiber is not reflective if I'm right but I'm not positive. I have a sale pending right now but wait & see how it goes. Thanks
