I believe from what Ive seen you can lift and leave the leveling kit on there if you so desire. I am no expert however so don't take what I'm saying to be absolute fact.

This is a truck I recently bought, need to know if after a lift kit is put on, should it be re-aligned? Or is the alignment not affected by the lift.

My truck likes to vibrate going down the road. not excessively but enough that I do not like it, I also have the ford shudder, I changed the filter, and fluid from the pan but not the converter, and put in Lucas treatement and a product like instant shudder stop. Still shudders. If I can get the title issue straightened out I believe, I am going to sell it. I guess if you use it to mud or climb rocks, it would not matter much, but I do not do either.

Just wanted a nice truck to haul very, very occasional things. Thanks for any light you can shed on this problem. Front hubs seem to make noise too, but the wheels do not have any give when trying to rock it back and forth

Yes you can have both a leveling kit and a suspension kit on at the same time it will just lift your front end up a little more than normal like my truck

If you run the 7.5" fabtech that is made for this year truck you will be able to fit 35x12.5 but you will rub on the front lower valence, solution is to just trim the plastic so you wont rub.
But yeah mine is 2wd so not sure if 4wd will have different results i know 4wd sits higher stock but either way you should be fine
