2011 f150 5.0 electric power steering

my steering wheel has a wierd spot when turning right, i cant add any fluid, please advise

The only fluid is in the rack, which lubricates it. It's sealed and not serviceable.

You need to take it to a dealer, and you may be looking at a $1400 repair bill.

How about if you jack it up and cut the wheels. Does it feel weird then?
