97 expedtion eb 2,a4wd, 4x4 h, 4x4l not working

my a4wd comes on sometimes and when it does it goes out and stays out 4high and 4low does not work at all. I replaced both hubs thwedash switch, sensor on back axle and the transfer case motor and still nothing
