Brakes and leaking axle seals

I have been reading some of posts about replacing the rear axle seals for my 2010 F150 XLT, but I have not found anything yet that gets into detail on taking care of both the rear brakes and emergency brake pads. Just want to be sure I'm not missing something when I go to do the job. I already have a gasket for the differential, the differential fluid, both axle seals, brake pads, emergency brake pads and brake hardware kits for both. Also, I have what I believe are all the tools I should need to do the job. Taking care of the axle seals and the brake pads on the calipers and the kit that goes with them I don't believe will be a problem. I'm a little concerned about the emergency brake pads since I have heard that these can be problematic. If someone could give a rundown of how to change these out and what to avoid if there are problems to be concerned with that would be great. Also, any videos of this entire job and a list of all recommended tools would be very useful. Thanks in advance!

Emergency Brake pads don't wear much. I really doubt they will need replacement. I would skip those. If you really want to do some proactive maintenance, replace the calipers and flexible brake hoses.

A garage told me that the emergency brake pads as well as the brake pads and rotors would all need to be replaced due to them being soaked with differential fluid as a result of the axle seals leaking. Not sure if this is right or not?

You won't know till you get the rotors off and can inspect them.
