1978 F250 Screeching from Tires when turning sharp

Hi I have a 1978 f250 6.6L and for some reason the tires screech when I do a sharp turn. Everything looks alright underneath and power steering fluid is full. What else should I look at?

Bad alignment problem or something in the steering is worn out such as the idler arm.

tire screeching

Have you replaced the king pin bushings, camber and castor is probably out there somewhere and the inside wheel is sort of dragging a bit at a goofy angle on sharp turns and it doesnt like that. Also diff pavements will make sounds esp when warm.
