97 F250 light duty humming/vibration

Hey everybody. I'm new to the sight but check it often for help. Here's my problem, I have a 97 F250 light duty and when I driving I have a hum/ vibration from the front end. The fast I go the louder it gets. When I go around a curve to the right it stops but not to the left. My first thought was one of the hubs was going bad but when I jacked it up and checked the wheels there is no play on either side. Could they still be bad or could it be the axels go into the front diff.

I'd check the CV joints. You may need rebuilt axles. Even if you don't feel any play, it could still be a wheel bearing.

Are there any tell tell signs other than play in the wheel bearings? The CV joints appear to be ok. About a year ago I had a front caliper lock up on me. I had about a 45 mile drive down the interstate to get home so it got pretty hot. At the time the hub seemed fine( spun freely and lock into 4 wheel drive) the humming/vibration has steadily gotten worse though.
