A few Gear and Diff questions

Ok i have searched but i am looking for a bit more detailed answers. Since my truck is technically an F250 I have the 10.25 in the rear rather then the 8.8 that most F150s came with for my year. Does anyone make a proper gear set for my 8.8 IFS front diff and the 10.25 rear?

Also i have been looking into adding a locker to my rear axle, I can not decide if i would be alright with a Lock Right or if i should just save and spend on an ARB locker? Most of my off-road driving is out at a ranch near Rio Grande so a lot of hills and loose dirt but sometimes a small mud pit or two depending if it rained within the week. I am not too familiar with the way the front diff works on this truck so would i benefit from a locker on the front diff?

The truck is driven on the street all week but every other weekend it is off-road at my wife's family ranch. I am here right now and almost got stuck in the mud on a trail to the animal pens. It felt like my 4x4 never kicked in. I might need a posi-lok because I used to feel the front end bind when I would turn and now it feels like I am in 2wd when I turn with 4wd on.

Maybe your front axle is not engaging. Jack all 4 wheels off the ground and put it on jack stands, start it up, put it in 4 Hi and Drive, make sure the front driveshaft is turning AND at least 1 of the front wheels is spinning.

Do you have stock limited slip in the rear? If so, are both rear wheels spinning when it's up on stands?
