If you only do the rear, I would highly recommend you pull the front driveshaft till you do the front.

Hye BLFX4K It would be awesum if you could take a before and after vid or like a ride along video of your gear before swap? I am in the process of tryin to decide which to go with. Any of tips or vids or anyhting would be great for me and others I would assume Considering theres none on here such as that but let me know how the gears run? Hope she spins em over

I will try to get something pulled up. My cameras were stolen a while back and have yet to replace with anything. My iphone 4 should do well enough I guess.

I will let you know how they run, after the initial install, and then when they're broken in

I can spin them now i cant wait till 4.56s to see what she capable of!

I paid 275$ CDN per axle. Before installing them I read a couple of threads and it seems that 500-800$ US is about what people paid for both axle.

for both axles, most im seeing are paying 600 per axle let alone both. lowest i've seen is 320 for install, but im taking it a drivetrain shop and having it done. they came in today

whats the typical length to install gears? i figure 2-4 hours for an experienced guy
this shop charges 55/hr and quoted me $400. 7 hours seems a lot of time to install them

The rear shouldn't take too long. The front takes a while because they have to drop the diff. If you have a suspension lift kit the front takes even longer as they have to disassemble at least half of the lift kit to drop the diff.

blkfx4 cant wait until you get em in Im waiting for you before I put out on them. Few more questions which have no realtion to the original thread topic but. I was wondering how your headers went on if you installed them yourself? Also what did they set you back and where did you ever find em. Also if you could say whats the best mod to your truck would it be the gryphon?
