I just ordered the Detroit Truetrac. I am installing it on Monday. I will be able to give you feedback then but from my research this was the best way for me to go.

a posi and locker are two different things, posi's use disc's or cones and are more street friendly. lockers use mechanical lock up and can be noisy goining in and out. the only way to get tru 2 wheel is to use a spool but can only be used of road.

I installed my Truetrac today! WOOOHHOOOOOOOO! I can light up both tires and throw this pig around with ease now!

No clicking and no popping. Just smiles for miles.

Sounds like maybe somebody put some stickers on there, or put it together themselves.
