Will a 2003 rear-end work in a 95?

Can anyone tell me what would have to be done to put a 2003 8.8 rear end in to a 1995 F150 that has an 8.8 in it?

Come up with a way to incorporate the disc brake and the parking brakes. Axle will fit.

You will have different lug patterns. The 95 is 5x5.5". The 03 is 5x135mm. They are not interchangeable.

The axles may swap over, not sure though, never tried. If so, could also possibly swap out the disc for the drums that are on the 95 so the brake issue is void.
