Steering wheel has some "sway"

Hi ford brothers and sisters,
i have a 1999 Ford f-150 4x4 and my steering wheel recently has begun to have a lot of "sway" in it. It's not loose, there's no noise, just a lot of "sway". Any ideas on what the problem is? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like your Tie Rod Ends or your Steering Gearbox is wearing out.. Does your truck "drift" all over the road or feel like you constantly have to be steering it to keep it straight down the road?

I would take it to a front end shop and get the pros to look at it. Even if you fixed it yourself, you would have to take it in for an alignment anyway.
