So if u dont have the ls you dont have to add the FM right?

I changed my fluid in ny rear 3.73 ls with just royal purple and haven't hears any chatter. I however hear a slight humming that haven't heard before, should I add some fm?

If you're hearing a humming sound it might be too late to add anything.
