my passenger side caliper seized. i regreased the pins, changed the fluid and never had a problem since.luckily i was only doing around 10 mph when it happened. other than that only thing was my stater died. at 10 years old and 130k i cant complain. ive been impressed with the reliability so far.

Worst problem... hmm... none on my '07, really.
On my '99 one of the starter wires rusted off... had to push start it... but I drove it to the stealer and they fixed it... That was back in '02 with about 85k super reliable miles.
I sprayed the '99 and '07 starter wires with dielectric grease. I'll probably do it every year or so. I'm pretty **** about keeping my underbodies clean nowadays.

Guess I should add, I only had two problems with my F-150. One was a bad blend door. Shocking, I know. Other was when my Edge Evo loaded a bad tune. The truck sounded like it had a fatty cam in it when it was really getting too much fuel. Reloaded the tune and I was good to go.

The truck was unloaded and I was not towing anything.
This is what I did to fix the problem.
-2 new front rotors
-2 new calipers
-2 new front brake hoses
-1 new set of brake pads
-1 bottle of heavy duty brake fluid
-New slide pins and shims
-1 set of new tires
If you have a '97-'98 F150, WATCH OUT!

Hmmmm.......
I think that the worst problem that i have had is talking the dealer down on the price that they wanted for my 2002 f-150. Started out 17,000 for used 100,000 miles on it, 4x4. they even put a new engine in it had a bad crank or cracked head. ended up getin it for 13,000. thats about the only trouble i had
