Hey,
I'm looking to do the same, 35's suck with stock gearing. I'm on an 01 4x4 Screw. If you find some legit pricing and what not, PM me please! Thanks! |
Go with 4.56's with your 35's that should bring you about back to stock.

If your stock ratio is 3.55, 4.10 will put you back to stock.
If your stock ratio is 3.73, 4.30-4.56 will be back to stock. I have 4.56 with 35" tires and love it. Should've done it at the same time I got the tires. I get a consistent 14 -15 mpg no matter how I drive. |

A 4.56 Is As Low As I Would Go. If You Do Much Interstate Driving You Probably Should Look At Some 4.10 Or 4.30. I Put 4.56 In My Truck With A 33" Tire And It Runs About 2800 Rpm's At About 75.

I hope that $700 includes a nice setup up of gears!
I payed $250 per axle for labor, and about $500 for Yukon gears and Master Overhaul Bearing Kits for both axles. You should be able to only spend just a little over $1k. I also went with 4.10s. Good mpg, but I regret not getting 4.56s. |
it was for parts and labor per axle.. is that good?
