I spent 60 hours a few weeks ago fixing a small rust spot on my truck. I sandblasted it down to bare metal, put some Napa rust killer on it, put some polyester body filler in it, primed and painted. Within 1 week the paint bubbled and the rust came back. How can i get rid of this rust? I don't have the money to spend on Por-15, Duplicolor and Rustoleum have some primer that is supposed to contain rust for only $5 a can. Does it work?

you can buy por-15 by the pint if you want and that is not nearly so expensive and will actually work.
