Great Customer Service
It seems we're all too quick to roast someone when we have a snafu and things don't go quite like we had planned. I just experienced some very GOOD Customer service and thought I'd share this with everyone.
Almost 3 years ago myself and a couple other F150 Online members went together on a group purchase with Retrax (retractable bed covers). The cover has worked flawlessly the entire time, but recently I traded trucks.
In the process of removing it from my 99 L storing it in my garage for a couple of days and then reinstalling it on my 02 L, I lost a couple of parts.
I sent them an email asking about ordering some replacement parts so I could get the proper fit on the re-install.
To my amazement they asked me exactly what I needed, and then told me they'd mail those right out at no charge. Now, granted, they were small pieces of hardware (but semi-critical hardware), but none the less my purchase was almost 3 years old at that time.
A couple of days later the parts show up in the mail and my Retrax is re-installed correctly and kicking a$$ again!

It's certainly nice to hear that some companies still value their customers. It seems customer service is becoming a lost art theese days. Thanks for the info, it will go into the file as a preferred vendor.
