2016 ford f-150 led headlight adjustment
 

Tried adjusting the head light due to level kit istalled. While turning with phillips screw driver as stated in the owners manual i'm only able to get 1/2 turn due to gear like teeth attached on side of main turning point stopping from going more than 1/2 turn. Help!
