Pass window and regulator issue

My passenger window regulator has failed, I disassembled everything to get to it and found one of the issues is that the metal brackets that are attached (glue) to the bottom of the window, which then bolt to the regulator have detached from the glass. Does anyone have a good suggestion as to what type of adhesive to reattach these before I go replacing the regulator. Epoxy, rear view mirror adhesive, etc?

Thanks everyone!
