Pax windshield wiper doesn't work
 

I have a 1981 F-150 Lariat, and my passenger side windshield wiper doesn't wipe. The driver's side does, so I suspicion I have an arm going to the pax side that has come off. My problem is that I can't figure out how to get the cowl off to get to where the arm is attached. Any help would be appreciated.
