Westing Bull Bar fiting with no hooks holes

I have no hooks holes on my 06 XLT
Just got a westing bull bar but it sais i would need to cut/trim the Air dam (plastic part under the bumper ) to fit the bar thru...
hmmm dont want to do that, have any one try any other options? maybe longer Brackets ? where ?

I called westin and they dont sell anything , they confirm i would need to cut holes in the air dam

you either need to buy a new airdam or cut holes. its not as painful as it sounds. a dremel or similer will do the trick

Yep need to cut out the holes because the brackets mount where the factory tow hooks go

I bought a new air dam when I got mine. Was about $50 from the dealer.
