Who's had their '04 fuel doors fixed?

Well, my fuel door broke. It's flopping around like a rickety screen door. I recall reading a post somewhere where one dealer told someone that the fuel tank had to be dropped to replace the door. I don't buy that. And besides, dropping a 27 gallon fuel tank to replace the hinge for my chinsy plastic fuel door isn't my idea of a good time. And I'm away from work, so I can't look at the book right now to see what it takes to replace the hinge on one. And I'm suffering from a serious case of the "I'll do it laters," so I'm not going to look at my truck right now. So, anyone know exactly what had to be done to replace the hinge on your fuel door?

Fuel tanks do not need to be dropped, what needs replacing is the inner liner right inside the fuel door. Have done 2-3 in our dealer.
