Trying to put tv's in 2nd row headrest.
 

ok heres the deal. i have a 97 expy and i want to put 7" tv's in the 2nd row headrests. but as most of you know the hredrests are to small for that. so i need to find replacements. i'm not looking to spend a lot of money. do any of you know any other car or truck whos headrest will fit in my truck.

Not sure which headrest would fit yours from another vehicle. However, on the bright side you could always rebuild your headrest to make it larger so the screens would fit. I know there is a company that does this where you can send in your headrest and they will send it back with the monitor installed but they are a little pricey. So the bad thing is you will need to DIY if you wish to save money. That or go out hunting a headrest that will fit (although I think you will find that to be quite a challenge).

If you want to just enlarge your cvurrent headrest then you will need to strip off the fabric and have a local shop recover them. Looking at probably about $75-150 for them to do that.

try www.crutchfield.com I believe they carry aftermarket headrests, but not sure if they carry them for your vehicle.
