Am I correct? Will a 2003 Ford F150 Headunit work with the following?

Expedition 1999-UP/ Explorer 1995-UP/ F150 truck 1999-UP/ F250, 350, 550 Truck 1999-UP/ Ranger 1995-UP

 

I really need to know specifically* if it will work with a 2002 Ranger. But info on the others is appreciated too.

 

I need to know ASAP.

Its not a ranger but i took the stock one out of my 01 and put it in an 99 expy

 

As far as size fitment yes it will work in the Ranger. As far as the harness goes I know they changed in 99 on the Expy, F150-350, and Explorer to the small single modular plug. But size is most important since you could spend about 10-20 bucks to convert old style plugs to new style without cutting any wires anyway.
