ground wire color passenger side harness

ground wire color passenger side harness
Adding on leds for cargo bed and step rails. Newbie at this. Lifted the plastic cover by the
door jamb and removed black film from wire harness. Aftermarket product instructions say ground is blk/yel. Yet no blk/yel. support says find a black, yet all I can find is a darker grey, not a true black. there is a small bundle of wires that is wrapped with what appears to be a foil. I didn't touch that assuming it was a shielded wire. anyone have a thought. thanks in advance
Of course you need to know 2018 stx
