One switch for multiple PIAA's
 

hey guys i have a quick question for you all. i plan on putting 2 sets of PIAA 525 driving/fog lights on a light bar on my truck and i also have 1 set of PIAA 510 single beam lights in my fog light holes. so my question is, is there a way that i could wire them all to one switch and still have control over the beam on the 525's since they are a dual beam light? i like to use these lights while noone is on the road but it is very impractical to have to turn off 3 switches everytime a car is coming. i would have thought that PIAA would have thought of this and made switches for multiple sets of lights, but i guess not.

I don't see why you couldn't have a master on/off switch that you wire both 525's and the 510s up to. So you'd end up having 4 switches, 1 master, and 1 for each set of lights.

I also don't see why you couldn't splice the two 525 switches together so you'd only have one switch to swap them from driving/fog.

thanks, yeah that makes since. i just need to find a master switch that would look somewhat factory because i really like how the PIAA switches look. i thought about wiring the two sets of 525's to one PIAA switch but i wasn't sure if it could handle the load of 2 more lights even though they run through a relay.

Use multiple relays. I would do 3 relays that with 3 switches each to pin 86 then do your master switch to all of the relays on pin 85

individual switches power on each relay, and master provides ground to all relays
