Air box mod complete!

Completed the air box mods today. Here's the pictures....

Yes, change that link. It doesnt just send us to your gallery, it LOGS us into your gallery, allowing anyone that goes there to modifiy, change, delete your stuff!!!!

Webmaster... If he doesnt change it, delete it for him.

That looks sweet. What did you use around the edges of the piece that you cut? It looks very professional the way you did it.

I went to Auto Zone and picked up some black door edge trim (the stuff to keep from dinging others) and ran it around the edges and tapped it on with a rubber mallet. It has an adhesive line ran in it to make it stick. Worked like a champ...

I did notice a little better throttle response with a factory filter, bigger notice with K&N....

Coooool, that bad boy looks better than mine, should have had you come and do mine!

By the way, did you pull out the silencer tube out of the elbow! run a screw driver down on the filter side to loosen it up then pull it out with visegrips. Forgot to tell you that one.... I just put the picture in "My Gallery" to look at...

Silencer tiube

Cant seem to find the silencer tube, where is it located?? I looked all the way down the tube.

And no mine doesnt look better....Your being to modest..

Also I didnt get a K&N Sticker with my filter.....
